If there is any problem or that you are just unhappy with the product

Enclosed with your goods there will be a returns form. Please complete the
form and return it along with the goods within 14 days of despatch.
We cannot exchange or refund on any items that have been used or customer
damaged- statutory rights are not affected here.
When sending goods back you must retain proof of postage otherwise we cannot
be responsible for any items that do not reach us.
Stock Availability
I’m afraid we cannot ensure a permanent availability of all the items
on the website. If something is out stock it will show on the items relevant
page.
